Couture & Violette Textiles DeliveryOrders are prepared within 2 business days depending on traffic. The fabrics of the exclusive collections are sent after 3 working days in delivery according to the normal traffic of the orders. If high order volumes are slowing shipments, we'll let you know on our homepage and when confirming your order.

Delivery to CanadaFree shipping with CA$150 purchase after discount and before taxes, valid for the province of Quebec and Ontario only.
             
Free shipping with CA$200 purchase after discount and before taxes, valid for the provinces of Canada, excluding the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and other remote areas.
             
Delivery with Purolator Express and Canada Post in Canada, it is possible to ship your orders with your carrier on request.

Due to the higher shipping cost for remote areas in Canada, we reserve the right to apply additional charges. An email will be sent to you with the cost for shipping your order before preparation, you will then be able to pay the costs or request a refund. For an order of $150 or more we will apply a 10% discount to offset the free shipping discount offered.

Delivery to United StatesOne-time delivery charge of CA$28.95. Shipping not available for the following states; Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Samoa and Guam.
             
 If applicable, taxes, customs clearance and other costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When your order is ready, a confirmation email will be sent to you to complete the pickup. To pick up your order you must go to 162 rue Cowie local #102 in Granby J2G 3V3 with the pick-up code indicated in the email.

Instruction for picking up your order by your carrier

You can use your carrier to ship your order simply by selecting pickup of your order at checkout and adding the carrier name and account number in the note, we'll do the rest. Delivery costs are your responsibility.
